The Magic of Difference
Discover why different personalities can be a challenge to work with—and why you need them on the team! Discover how to relate better to others. During this webinar, workshop participants will use data collected from the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) to understand:
- Why they work well with certain people and have difficulty working with others
- How they gather information and make decisions
- Why they enjoy doing certain tasks and not others
- How to use this information to leverage strengths in order to achieve higher levels of performance with less stress and improved collaboration
The reports will be delivered to the participants prior to the webinar.

- Develop an appreciation for how leadership is a measurable, learnable, and teachable set of behaviors
- Develop a better understanding of their own leadership behavioral tendencies through the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)
- Be better prepared to help others learn how to become more effective leaders
